RESERVATIONS
Phone Reservations
- 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Valid credit card required for reservations
- Credit card will be charged for no shows, damages, or theft
Check-In
- Summer – 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. with reservation
- Winter – 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. with reservation
Check-Out
- Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
- No late check-outs
Minimum Stay
- There is a minimum two-day stay required for the following holidays:
- July 4th week
- Labor Day weekend
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Reunions, large group rentals, and special events must be set up in advance, with non-refundable deposit and specific cancellation restrictions
CANCELLATIONS
If, for any reason, a cancellation is not made prior to the limits below, the credit card on file will be charged in full. We are not responsible for the weather, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events. We don’t charge extra for sunshine, but no refunds for rain or shortened stays.
Single Room Reservation
- Three days prior to reservation (except for holidays listed below)*
Multiple Room Reservation
- Two rooms must have one week notice prior to reservation
- Three or more rooms will have specific cancellation policy done at time of reservation
Holiday Reservation*
- Two weeks prior to reservation (single room)
- One month prior to reservation (multiple room)
- *Holidays are:
- The week of July 4th
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Labor Day Weekend
ROOMS
Smoking
- ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING
- Smoking in a room will result in a $100 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file
Guests
- Registered guests only, no visitors allowed
- Make room reservations to accommodate all your family and friends as only the registered guests are allowed on property
- You are responsible for everyone in your party
- Minor children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Any damages to property or room will be charged to the credit card on file
Room Items
- Please do not take items out of room for outside use; such as towels, furniture, kitchen items, etc.
- Bring your own towels for outside use for swimming/fishing; as well as your own Bar-B-Q grill Utensils. We have Bar-B-Q grills, but you must bring your own cooking items for grilling
- No hot plates/skillets or other cooking devices allowed in non-kitchen units, only microwave use
- Cooking allowed only in kitchen units
GENERAL
Pets
- NO PETS ALLOWED
Checks
- NO CHECKS ACCEPTED
Alcohol
- Enjoy your favorite beverage if you choose
- Please keep alcohol in public areas limited
- No drunkenness or profanity on property
- Quiet hours are 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
- Bar-B-Q grilling in designated areas only
- Bring your own grilling utensils; do not take items outside of rooms
- No campfires or fireworks
Fishing
- Please do not leave your fishing poles unattended
- Be respectful of others and don’t "hog" the pier with several fishing poles for only 1 person
- Adult supervision of your children required at all times
- No life guard on duty, use of lake is at your own risk
- We assume no responsibility for loss by fire, theft, accident or storms
- Any unforeseen situations will be resolved at owners’ discretion
